RE: STORMWATER DISCHARGE OUTFALL ANALYSIS AND LAB RESULTS

During the month of September 2018, a grab sample was unable to be collected
for the GKN Driveline Roxboro Facility (General Permit NCG030000, Certificate
of Coverage NCG030429). Due to logistical reasons a sample could not be taken
during the prescribed timeframe. Sampling will occur during the next measurable
rainfall event.
