Chelsea,
I entered all of these outfalls into our BIMS database today. I did notice that the segment of Contentnea Creek for
NCG080107 (index no. 27-86-(7)) is classified differently than the segment of that creek we had in BIMS before. That
means that the renewal COC will have the correct creek name (Contentnea Creek), but it will show the other
classification. Just something to be aware of.
When I have a chance to update the Renewal COC data, I will be in touch so you can get updated copies with the new
business name. That may be several weeks yet, but you can always run a Permit Contacts Summary Report and verify
the Name changes (keep in mind it takes at least a day to refresh the data, so I would check on those Monday).

Hi Bethany,
Thank you for gathering all of that. I have updated outfall information for each facility, as well as a few questions.
XPO Logistics Freight, Inc. — NAV (NCG080105) *We will be submitting an NOT, then applying for a No Exposure*
Receiving Water: Swannanoa River, Stream Index 6-78d
Outfall 001: 35.578986, -82.510508

Outfall 002: 35.698412, -81.244190
XPO Logistics Freight, Inc. — NIL (NCG080107)
Receiving Water: Contentnea Creek, Stream Index 27-86-(7)a
Outfall 001: 35.693253, -77.937684
XPO Logistics Freight, Inc. — NLB (NCG080927)

Outfall 001: 35.837608, -78.824882
Looking at the permit info you sent, NCG080927 (NLB) is expired. I think only a payment is required to renew coverage
(and not an NOI)? Can you please let me know who to contact. Additionally, are all the other permits good until the
expiration date of the general permit — 5/31/2021? Can I get copies of the Certificates of Coverage for each facility?
Lastly, NRD discharges into Crabtree Creek which is impaired. Based off the Impaired Waters & TMDL Map and the
303(d) list I've determined that the segment the facility discharges into is impaired due to Poor Benthos (Nar, AL, FW).
As far as addressing this in the SWPPP, how can I tell if our facility has the potential to contribute to this impairment?
And, do I need to address anything specifically about this impairment? I've already emailed the Stormwater Program
(see attached email). I have read through the entire permit, however I didn't see anything about specifically addressing
discharges to impaired waters.
Thank you!

Chelsea,
See below. Only one outfall is in the system for all the permits except one. We typically had a "placeholder outfall" in
for each permit, so it's not likely we had anything submitted for them, but I can check on it if you need me to. It appears
that we did get outfalls for NCG080911 because we have 2 entered (see further below).
If there is only one outfall for this first set of permits, and the receiving waterbody is correct, it's probably good enough
for now. If not, please send me the list of outfalls with lat/Ion coordnates, along with the receiving water info (including
index number).

Both outfalls to Cline Creek entered for this one — so we probably had a submission for this permit:

What's the permit number? If they were entered, we entered them into our database, and I can send you a list.
