this application: Residential Plot on Residential Street. Maintained lawn, moderate tree cover and foliage.

house facing the stream.

that is 14' in depth an additional 16' along the house to be screened and covered with roofing per code. 6-8
footings will be required to support this deck and roof all of which reside in Zone 2 of this buffer.
