Corpening Forestry Training Center WWTF. I met with Robert Kramer who is the ORC of the facility. Overall the facility appeared to be functioning fine. The facility has not taken any samples or recorded any flow for the last 3 years at least. There was about 5 gpm of flow from the effluent pipe during the inspection. Flow monitoring needs to be done in a more effective manner so that regular sampling can take place. NC0040339 17 (Cont.)
