Mr. Frank,
As I was preparing our on-line COC renewal for more permittees, I noticed that your permit was tied to the wrong
segment of the French Broad River in our database. Because of that, your renewal COC showed receiving waters as
Class WS-IV,B waters (below) instead of Class e waters (which it should be, see map farther below). I have corrected the
information on-line, and wanted to let you know you could now get a corrected COC if you fill out another request at:
