The Corps has reviewed your request from pipe burial along SR 1922 (JB Stroud Road)at the crossing of drainage toward Elder
Creek, Duplin County. Considering the stream grade at this location the Corps is accepting of waiving the burial requirement on
the outlet as requested.
Please be reminded that you must abide by all other Standard and Regional Conditions contained within Nationwide 3, attached.
