McAdams has been contracted to assist Duke Energy Progress with applying for a Nationwide Permit from the US
Army Corps of Engineers and providing a courtesy copy of the application to the Division of Water Resources. Although
we are assisting with the application, it is signed by Paula Gourley. Ms. Gourley is the Manager of Land Services for
Duke Energy Progress. The point of contact for the application is Ottis Allen, Manager of Land Services Regional.
Therefore, an agent authorization is not included.
