You helped me with some contact changes a few years ago and we have some new changes we need to get made.
I have attached a scanned copy of the Permit Owner Affiliation Designation Form which indicates a change in
responsibility. I have mailed the original copy to the address on the form.
I have also attached a copy of the NPDES Stormwater Permit Contacts Summary with several changes written in that
need to be updated.

Can you also tell me where to go online or how to go about getting an official current copy of our Certificate of Coverage
following its renewal in 2014?
Please contact me for any needed additional information or if I need to submit updates in a different format?

Thank you for your response to my email on Friday and the clarification of my question.
Thank you also for suggesting I check http://portal.ncdenr.org/web/Ir/sw-permit-contacts and run the report to
ensure everything has been changed as needed. I did and noted that some but not all of the updates I sent in in May
had been entered correctly. The contact names and phone numbers appear to be correct but the addresses are the
problem. I have attached a copy of the NPDES Stormwater Permit Contacts Summary with the NEEDED REVISIONS
written in. I believe these changes will solve any communication problems we may have had in the past.

Hi Greg,
My goodness, that letter has been wandering around the postal service for a while, hasn't V! You all are good to
go. We have not yet sent out renewal instructions. The proposed DRAFT General Permit NCG170000 has just gone up
for the 30 -day public notice on our website (see http://portal.ncdenr.org/web/Ir/stormwater/event-
calendar) Comments will be accepted through mid-July, and the permit should be issued in time to be effective August
1, 2014. In late July or very early August, we will e-mail out renewal instructions with PINS to all NCG17 permittees. For
your permit, that information will go to Gary Stacy.
Please check http://portal.ncdenr.org/web/Ir/sw-permit-contacts and run the report to ensure we have changed
everything we needed to. We have been struggling to keep up with contact updates, but we are working our way
through them.

Good Morning Bethany,
We received the attached mailing a couple of days ago and I just wanted to be sure that based on your email from
below that we (Abercrombie) hadn't missed receiving the actual renewal instructions you referenced being sent later
this summer. I know the permit expires on 07-31-14 and I just wanted to be sure we get the invoice paid prior to
then. It is my understanding that we should still be expecting to receive the instructions and be able to pay the
permit fee prior to 07-31-14. It just sorta through me when we received the mailing dated 01-16-14 in the 06-02-14
incoming mail. If the general permit itself has been finalized with the contact information changes we submitted in
May and you are just awaiting payment, please let me know.
