Hello Stephanie, we did the measurements today and the sketch is below. The overall distance from the creek to the
'start' of the addition is 35 feet, 30 feet to the fence.
Let me know if you need anything more.
Thanks!

Hello again, thanks for your patience. Here is a screenshot of what the addition will look like and a survey pic with the
addition noted in yellow. I 'think' this is what you need but please feel free to call me or email with any further

Peter,
Yes, I am in the office all day today and Monday. I just need an map with your house depicted on it and the new
impacts (the house addition and porch). Add the impact amount for each on the map. Last, add the buffer Zones (1 &
2) so I can clearly see where the addition and porch will be placed in Zone 2.
I have examples if you need one, but call me at your convenience so we can talk it over. Thanks!

Hi Again Stephanie, I think we're confused on the next step we need to take. Do you have time for a quick call on
Friday (19th) or Monday (22nd)?
Thanks!

Peter and Danielle,
started reviewing your buffer authorization request for the -above referenced project. In order to process the
application, the following is required:
• The riparian, buffer impacts requested in this application need to be clearly shown and enumerated on an
impact map. The impact map should include the footprint of the existing house, the house expansion and
new, porch as well as Zone 1 and, Zone 2 of the riparian -buffer depicted. These impacts need to correspond
to the impacts requested in the application. The labels on the site plan must, match.the impacts listed in the
application. Please submit an impact map in your response to this e-mail [15A NCAC 02H .0502(g)]
Thanks in advance!
