Subject: U-4906 review of features
Robert,
Mason reviewed the U-4906 Gum Branch Rd Improvement project in the field with the agencies to specifically review the areas
south of the original study area.
They requested two changes:
1. Feature SI was determined to be an open water feature and a stream form will not be applicable. He indicated that it is
non-mitigable, but is not a non-mit trib, it's a"back water" area.
SD2 was determined to be perennial (not intermittent). Therefore, SD 1-4 are all considered to be perennial.

Mason indicated that you could submit PJD paperwork for the features that were not included in the original PJD, and for any
features that have changed, and he will sign and send to Brad.
I am copying Adam on this email. He mentions the features in the draft CE document he sent out; so they will have to be
corrected in that document.
