On June 14, 2016 the Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources received your
request to rescind NPDES Stormwater Permit Number NCG060276. Our Wilmington
Regional Office has reviewed information related to your request. It appears that there
are two current permits covering your facility. The regional office has indicated that
permit number NCG060323 should remain in place and NCG060276 can be rescinded. In
accordance with this situation Stormwater Permit Number NCG060276 is rescinded
effective immediately. Please continue to comply with permit NCG060323.
