DWQ is in receipt of some material in response to a Request for More Information letter dated June 11, 2009
(attached) for the above referenced project. The material was received July 9, 2009. The project remains on
hold as the submission was incomplete. The hold letter stated that five (5) copies of the requested material
needed to be submitted. DWQ does require five (5) complete sets of information to continue the review process.
