We received a Bankruptcy Case notice for EI LLC (attached). In BIMS, we found NCG060345 issued to EI Inc., which is
also listed at the same address as the debtor in the documents. This permit was recently automatically renewed and is
active because all fees were up to date. However, MRO may want to see if this facility (2865 N. Cannon Blvd in
Kannapolis) is still operating. We also received court documents that approved a bidding procedure for the site, and so
we suspect they may have closed up and don't need this permit any longer.
Unless we receive a rescission request from the permittee, we won't take any further action on this. Billing will continue
as before. If the MRO visits the site and confirms no operation present or problem discharges, let us know and we can
rescind it / end future fees.
