of the Mining Act of 1971.
The mine was found to be satisfactorily reclaimed. Therefore, your company is released from
further reclamation responsibility for this site with respect to the Mining Act of 1971. 1 am returning your
company's Assignment of Savings Account No. 5815264519 in the sum of $10,000.00 and Assignment
of Savings Account No. 5815432452 in the sum of $8,100.00 both issued by B B & T to you for your
disposal.
