The North Carolina Division of Water Resources completed a review of the 2017 Annual Report for the
Cliffside Sanitary District’s Land Application of Class B Residuals Permit on November 5, 2018. This
inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and
limitations specified in Non-discharge Permit No. WQ0002379. The findings and comments noted during
this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection report entitled "Compliance Inspection
Report".

As a reminder, your permit expires August 31, 2019. The permit renewal application is due 180 days
prior to expiration.
