Below are my comments from our site visit the other day:
-No changes to the delineation
-Need to get clarification on if there will be any impacts to the remaining wetlands along old NC Hwy 421 such as
clearing and what the long-term maintenance/plan is for this area.
-Details/plans on stormwater basins including location/plans for temporary sediment basins -Discussion on minimizing
impacts through the use of retaining walls on the parking area -Clarification on the requested number of parking spaces
and how that number was determined.
-Mitigation for permanent impacts will be at a 2:1 ratio
