A barge and amphibious/marsh buggy will be utilized as follows: • Wildlife Access ramp utilized to launch barge, approximately 10 borings in the river channel. Marsh buggy will be used to access end bents and proposed walls adjacent to the channel. • Cranes will be used to lower the equipment into some areas. 4j.
