Mr. Davis,
Just wanted to give you a heads up that we have some general permits that will renew this week. This includes the
NCG080000 permit. You have one permit (NCG080720 — Wilkins Blvd) that is scheduled to renew under the Lane
Construction name. Once we have your confirmation that the ownership change is completed we will move forward
with reissuing this permit and the other stormwater permits (NCG16s and NCG07) under the Blythe name.

The closing date is now expected to be November 13th. It is my understanding the we are waiting for some final
approvals from Government agencies. If those approvals are not received, the closing date may be delayed again.

Mr. Davis,

Earlier this month we received your request to process ownership changes for a number of Lane Construction
stormwater permits to Blythe Construction Inc. Your letter indicated that closing on this process was expected around
November V. I just wanted to touch base and see if the timing of this process was still on track. Please let me know
when the ownership change is effective and we will work to process the ownership changes for the NCG16, NCG08 and
NCG07 permits.
