Perfect. Attached is the application with Page 3 revised to reflect only the structure footprint. Thanks for the quick
responses and let me know of anything else needed on my end.

Rya n,
I just need the permanent impact/footprint the new house will have in Zone 2. Grading and revegetating is allowed in
Zone 2 and is considered exempt activity.

Hey Stephanie,
I guess it depends on what you're considering as impact. The house structure itself will have 332 SF in Zone 2. The
1,673 SF is the total amount of Zone 2 area on our lot. Since we are planning to continue grooming that area as our yard
for the future I thought that would be considered an impact that you would want to document. If cutting grass in that
area and keeping it as yard isn't considered an impact then our total impact would be only the structure itself. Let me
know how I should proceed and I'll revise anything necessary. Please call me if any of that is confusing.

Rya n,
Thanks for the reply and for clarification: the permanent impact to Zone 2 is 332 sf? The 1,673 is the total structure
square footage outside and in Zone 2? If so, can you revise page 3 of the buffer authorization form to reflect that
number and resend to me. Thanks in advance!

Hey Stephanie,
Hope you had a great weekend. Apologies for the delayed response, I'm just getting back from vacation with the
family. I've attached the revised Impact/Site plan showing your items below. In regards to the V bullet point about the
square footage, I listed the total area of zone 2 as being impacted since the current yard of the property is all of Zone
2. That square footage totaled 1,673 SF and is what I listed on the application as the total impact. The impact of the
building structure by itself is only 332 SF. I went ahead and listed both of this revised map as well as your other
items. Please take a look at this map and let me know if this takes care of everything. I left you a voicemail as well, so
feel free to delete that if you prefer to tackle this through email. Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you!

Ryan,
I started reviewing the -above referenced project today and the following I required on the impact map/site plan in order
to complete my review:
• Show the two zones of the riparian buffer on the.impact map as measured from the top of the streambank
(Zone 1 is measured 30 feet from the top of the stream bank, and Zone 2. is measured from 30 feet to 50 feet).,
• The impact map must depict the footprint. of. the proposed permanent impacts within Zone 2.
• The square footage of the impacts in Zone 2 must be identified in the application.'
• As the impact map currently stands, itis not possible to match up what is listed on.the, application and impact
