The house structure itself will have 332 SF in Zone 2. The 1,673 SF is the total amount of Zone 2 area on our lot. Since we are planning to continue grooming that area as our yard for the future I thought that would be considered an impact that you would want to document. If cutting grass in that area and keeping it as yard isn't considered an impact then our total impact would be only the structure itself. Let me know how I should proceed and I'll revise anything necessary. Please call me if any of that is confusing. Apologies for the delayed response, I'm just getting back from vacation with the family. I've attached the revised Impact/Site plan showing your items below. In regards to the V bullet point about the square footage, I listed the total area of zone 2 as being impacted since the current yard of the property is all of Zone 2. That square footage totaled 1,673 SF and is what I listed on the application as the total impact. The impact of the building structure by itself is only 332 SF. I went ahead and listed both of this revised map as well as your other items. Please take a look at this map and let me know if this takes care of everything. I left you a voicemail as well, so feel free to delete that if you prefer to tackle this through email. Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you!
