The proposed water distribution system provides water service for domestic and irrigation applications to serve a
single-family attached development that include 57 residential units.The system consists of approximately 990 If of
6" private domestic service line and two 6" reduced pressure principle backflow preventers at each domestic
connection to the public lines.The system will be connected to Charlotte Water and connections will be made to the
existing 6"water mains located within S. Bruns Avenue, and to the existing 6"water main located within Sumter
Avenue The proposed sanitary sewer system will provide sanitary sewer service for each residential unit. The
system will include 7 manholes and approximately 730 If of 8" PVC private sanitary sewer and 40 If of 8" DIP private
sanitary sewer. The private service will be tied into the existing 8" sanitary sewer located within S. Bruns Avenue.

I Keri Cantrell certify to the best of my knowledge that the addition of
the volume of wastewater to be permitted in this project has been evaluated along the route to the
receiving wastewater treatment facility and that the flow from this project is not anticipated to
cause any capacity related sanitary sewer overflows or overburden any downstream pump station
en route to the receiving treatment plant under normal circumstances, given the implementation
of the planned improvements identified in the planning assessment where applicable. This
analysis has been performed in accordance with local established policies and procedures using
the best available data. This certification applies to those items listed above in Sections I and II
plus all attached planning assessment addendums for which I am the responsible party.
