Describe proposed work (include discussion as to how hardening of shoreline has been avoided, or why it is necessary): Full pond levels in the past year along with boat traffic have greativ eroded the shoreline (2-3 feet in the past year). We are about to lose a tree and are close to the land connection of our pier. We propose to fill the existing shoreline with rip -rap to stabilize and protect our shoreline. Due to the recent erosion causing the lake to extend on to our property the rip -rap will be on our property by the survey. 9. Will work be conducted from land? A From water? ❑ 10.
