This Inspection was conducted for the former Alevo Manufacturing, Inc. located at 2321 concord Parkway, Concord, NC
28027. During the Inspection I meet with Lee Hartsell and drove around the outside of the facility. The plant is no longer in
production and the outside of the facility is clean and well maintained. I recommend that we approve this rescission request.
