This JD change represents the third change to the study area since the original JD was issued on March 31, 2014. The Corps accepts these latest changes and will include this exchange in the administrative record for future use. To clarify the original JD was issued on March 31, 2014, a revision was approved via email on June 24, 2016 to include TB and TD on sheets 3h-3i, and on May 25, 2017 a second revision was approved to include SD2 and SI. This approval will be the third approved adjustment to the PJD. Please find attached a PJD package for the project, which includes additional features WB and SZ, both shown at the end of the project on Figure 3p. Please note that the attached maps show all of the study area features, while the wetland and stream forms reflect only the added features WB and SZ. The Action ID number associated with the U-4906 project is SAW-2014-00572. Please let me know if you need any additional information.
