While laying out for the safety fence in permit site 14, there was a deposit of sediment in the JS. E.S. Wagner has not conducted
any ground disturbing activities in this area. The only work that has been done is installing wattles and rock checks in the ditch
line of -Y1-.
There is no evidence of sediment on the inlet side of the pipe. The outlet end of the pipe there is scattered areas of deposited
silt, estimated two to three five gallon buckets full. I think that the silt was inside the pipe and with all the rain we have had it
broke loose continued downstream. I have attached a plan sheet with the effected area marked in green, its a 30' area with
scattered locations along the stream bed and banks. I have also attached photos of the area.
