Dear Mr. Moye
On July 31, 2018, the Division issued a Notice of Violation(NOV) against Maury Sanitary Land District
—NC0061492. The NOV was based upon a violation of the reporting requirement by failing to register
and submit electronic discharge monitoring reports (eDMRs). Subsequent to your receipt of the NOV,
the Division was notified that this NOV was sent in error, as Maury Sanitary Land District was granted
an extension through August 21, 2018 to complete eDMR registration.
Since there has been contact with the Division concerning problems with electronic submission, I have
withdrawn the NOV against Maury Sanitary Land District WWTP for the cited violation and directed
that the record of this violation be removed from our files.
