On July 31, 2018, the Division issued a Notice of Violation(NOV) against Coldwater Trout Fam—
NPDES Permit NC0079090. The NOV was based upon a violation of the reporting requirement by
failing to register and submit electronic discharge monitoring reports (eDMRs). Subsequent to your
receipt of the NOV, it was brought to the Division's attention that you were given a waiver on monthly
discharge reporting as you are not currently discharging wastewater.
Since no reporting is required under this waiver, I have withdrawn the NOV against Coldwater Trout
Farm for the cited violation and directed that the record of this violation be removed from our files.
