Yes, I would appreciate a prompt notification to avoid sending DOT a Notice of Violation (NOV) letter. We understand that with
these intense storm events there may be a delay because of flooding. But when waters recede, and DOT observes there are off-
site sediment losses (greater than a 5-gallon bucket) that enter jurisdictional streams/wetlands, we need to be notified
ASAP. When Heath is unavailable, a chain of command needs to be established so that a notification will be made in a timely
fashion. I appreciate you cooperation with this, thanks.
