Alan,
If you look at plan sheet C2.1 you see that they preserve the spring supplying hydrology to the intermittent stream. This
resolves your concern that the intermittent stream would lose it's flow, resulting in a "loss" and affecting downstream
water quality. Road is paved, staging areas are gravel (plan sheet C2.1 also).

Can’t they re-engineer the SW pond? Pull it up some, reconfigure the forebay and discharge at an angle towards the
top? (Pipe shouldn’t be an issue! LOL) The project extends all the way down to the confluence where I was confused. I
much rather do that than potentially monitor. Your application didn’t have any stream forms, photos, etc
