Brad and Joanne,
I got a phone call from Trevor today and the proposed pipe length on W-5601A is too
short, which creates an issue with tying in the ditch on the outlet and require us to
install guardrail. To fix this problem we need to add another 8 ft. joint of pipe and shift
our impacts out 8 ft. as shown below. This will not change the acreage of permitted
impacts but the square footage of impacts will increase by 32 sq. ft. (now 457 sq. ft.)
