Subject: ACP spills
Ryan Mason (Environmental Compliance Coordinator) for section 3 of the ACP called me and reported a spill of 1 pint of
hydraulic fluid to the ground 55' from wetland SHLF002 in Halifax County. Spill occurred today at 1330. BIMS incident
number 201803221
Another spill of the same amount took place on 10/8/18 in Nash County at 570 Bend of the River Road, Spring Hope, NC.
This one does not appear to have been entered into BIMS. BIMS incident number 20183222.
According to the 401, spills of any amount must be reported if within 100' of surface waters.
