Based on a review of the revised map and the 3 modifications to the original authorization issued by
this Office, you or Mr. Warlick's environmental consultant will need to submit a scaled map and
provide an accounting of all buffer impacts. Please note, this is a modification of a "Major Variance"
issued by the Environmental Management Commission.

Attached is the revised drawing for the Warlick handicap loading/unloading pad. Please also
note the handicap ramp is shorter than the original drawing, the stairs to the deck are re-
configured, all of which resulted is a smaller permitted wood ramp, walk, and elevated
walkway. I hope this accommodates the requirements for this minor adjustment.

Hi Anthony,
The attached photo identifies the location of the proposed concrete handicap
loading/unloading area. Note the gravel in front of the area which is partially covered with
sand. Also attached is a to scale drawing with dimensions for this proposed concrete pad.
