Please see revised and updated buffer zone variance/authorization plan for Peter Warlick on
Ocracoke. This revised plan has been created based on information and drawings provided by
Barbara Jemison, house plans by Florez and Florez and conversation with the GC, Brian Samick. This
current plan constitutes a net decrease in deck/stair coverage with both Zone 1 and Zone 2 buffers,
but this does include a handicap loading concrete pad that totals 76 sq.ft. in Zone 2. Please let me
know if you will need anything additional from me or anyone working on Mr. Warlick's behalf to
process this modification.
