SITE 6
City of Albemarle Electric- The City of Albemarle Electrics proposed power poles will be located
outside of all wetland boundaries and jurisdictional streams. Regarding SITE 6 on the permitting
plans, the City of Albemarle will have two guy wires that fall within the wetland boundaries. The
first guy wire is located at approximate Station- L- 88+77 right of center, approximately 78'. The
second guy wire is located at approximate Station -L- 91+53, right of center approximately 63'.

City of Albemarle Water & Sewer- The City of Albemarle will have a portion of their proposed
sewer pump lift station located inside the SITE 6 wetland boundaries as indicated on the utility
permit drawings. This location was chosen due the topography of the land and needing the
correct gravity flow into the lift station. The City will open cut the wetland boundaries from
Station -L- 87+07 through 93+21, right of the center. This method of installation is required to
get the lines in and out of the proposed sewer pump lift station. This method will require a 20'
trench that will accommodate both an 8" SDR-35 PVC gravity sewer line along with a 4" C-900
PVC force main sewer pipe. The City will have a perpendicular crossing for their 8" gravity line at
approximate Station -L- 91+60, and a perpendicular crossing of a 1" PVC water service tap at
approximate Station -L- 90+17. These two perpendicular crossings will both be installed by open
cut with a 10' wide trench. All work described is reflected on the utility permit drawings. Contact;
