I actually sent him the NWP-14 verification yesterday. Here is a copy for your files. Regarding Mr. Madures, I haven't reached out to him since Florence hit. I know the water got up pretty high there and I figured his road got hit but who knows. I'll probably follow up with him in the next week or so. Thanks, Billy Billy W. Also, have you heard any more from Mr. Maduras in Snow Hill (The RV campground down in/near the floodplain of Contentnea Crekek)? I haven't had a chance to do anything more with that since the last we talked about it, but I just wanted to let you know I hadn't forgotten about him... Here is what the email said: I have finished reviewing the subject project. Please address the following the items: 1. Please provide the site plan for the entire property. 2. Why does the cell tower need to be positioned at the very back of the property? Can the cell tower be repositioned within the property to an area that would require less or no wetland crossings? 3. Who is the applicant for this project? It appears that the only reason a permit is needed is to access a Verizon cell tower. Is Verizon the one that will be constructing the access road and cell tower? Who will be responsible for maintaining the access road? 4. 1 am unable to make a no effect determination to federally threatened and/or endangered species based on the information provided. I will need to consult with FWS. 5. 1 will also need to contact the SHPO to determine if they have concerns regarding cultural resources and/or historic properties. Thank you, Billy Billy W.
