The Division of Water Resources sent a "Request for Additional Information" letter dated August 27, 2018 in
response to a permit modification request of DWR 401 Water Quality Certification 20131200 v6. Please
reference our attached response, which is also being sent via the DWR e -docs submittal, and Fedex hard
