Dear Mr. Craver:
In response to our previous letter dated August 14, 2018, Mr. Beck reported that the influent flow
meter's ultrasonic level sensor was relocated to above the Parshall flume's in-situ staff gauge and the
flow meter was recalibrated. Paul DiMatteo of this office revisited the site on September 20, 2018 and
verified that the sensor appeared to be in the appropriate location. An instantaneous measurement was
not taken to verify the system's calibration due to access constraints.

In response to the previous CEI which noted concerns with the placement of the influent flow meter's
level sensor, Mr. Beck said that the sensor was relocated to above the in-situ staff gauge and the flow
meter/totalizer recalibrated. This inspection confirmed that the sensor appeared to have been placed in
the correct location.The meter's calibration was not checked during inspection.
