Hi Rick,
We received the rescission request from the previous owner prior to receiving the ownership change form. Due to a non-
compliant stormwater status, multiple years of past -owed fees, and conversations with the previous owner, we decided to
process the rescission and have the new owner, Jianming Li, apply for a new Certificate of Coverage (COC) under
NCG21. This order of operations is less involved on our end and allows Alliance Lumber to have a fresh start. The NOI
application to receive a COC is attached to this message. More information on our general stormwater permits can be
found at the following: https:Hdeq.nc.gov/about/divisions/energy-mineral-land-resources/npdes-stormwater-gps. Please let
