Your request on behalf of Environmental Banc & Exchange, LLC (EBX) to transfer 833.83 lbs of Nitrogen
nutrient offset credits from the Forrest Creek UT -2 Nitrogen Nutrient Offset Bank to the Cedar Grove Nitrogen
Nutrient Offset Bank is approved. The balance of the Forrest Creek UT -2 Nitrogen Nutrient Offset Bank will
now be zero "o", and will be removed from our available Nutrient Offset Bank lists. Please update your credit
ledgers to include the information below for this transaction and send all revised ledgers back to me for
filing. Please note that these credits cannot be converted into riparian buffer credits. Additionally, a Bank
Closure letter will be prepared for EBX for the Forrest Creek UT -2 Mitigation Bank.

Good afternoon Katie,
I meant to ask this yesterday when I sent the ledgers in, but with everything going on I forgot about it. The
Forrest Creek UT -2 ledger has 833.83 lbs of nitrogen remaining; I was wondering if we could have that
transferred to the Cedar Grove ledger? I am not sure how that works as I haven't seen it done before. UT -2
has been closed out for a couple years, Cedar Grove has about 2 years left. Not a big deal if it can't, was just
wondering if it was possible.
