We lost sediment into the wetland at permit site 1. The area of loss is about 30 feet wide X 4 feet long X 8-10 inches deep. This material will be removed. See picture labeled 24 inch outlet to wattles. We also lost sediment at permit site 2, and into the 72" pipe system. The material will be removed from the wetland at permit site 2. We estimate @ 10 yards of material in the pipe and wetland. The pipe flows into an existing pond. If material is present in the pond when it clears up, it will be removed. See picture labeled 72" outlet for a view of the pond.. We will remove what we can from the wetland, the pipe, and pond (if it has visible accumulated sediments after the water clears up). We will install a baffle at the outlet of the pipe to catch any sediment that flushes in the next few rain events.
