Please find attached a permit contacts summary report that shows the Name Change for this NPDES Stormwater
Permit. (I'm afraid the database programming keeps changing the 'Owner Name' from all capital letters (SDFC) to lower
case (Sdfc), and I can't do anything about that on this report). Please verify that all the information is correct.
The NCG170000 General Permit will be renewed in the middle of next year, and permittees will receive new COCs at
that time. The renewal COC for NCG170411 will reflect the new Facility and Company name then. In the meantime,
please keep this email correspondence and report with the facility's stormwater permit records to document the
change. If you require a new COC before then, please let me know. We recently lost our Administrative Assistant to
another position, and we are streamlining Name/Ownership changes to work through them as quickly as possible.
