We sent the attached ROS Application to Isaiah Reed a while back, and he is visiting the site tomorrow but asked if a
hardcopy had been submitted to Raleigh. I've attached an electronic copy for reference, do we need to submit
hardcopies as well? Please advise, thanks in advance
