Inspection Summary:
Glen White of NCDEQ-DEMLR visited the facility on August 29, The sawmill was in operation at the time of the site visit.
The mill was purchased by Jianming Li of Charlotte in 2016. Former owner, Paddy Mountain Lumber was non-compliant
with permit requirements at the time of property sale. New Owner, Alliance Lumber of Charlotte has not implemented a new
Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SPPP) and has not provided qualitative or analytical monitoring since change of
ownership,
New owner also, needs to provide a Name Ownership form to the Stormwater Permitting Unit in Raleigh along with annual
fees.
