The mill was purchased by Jianming Li of Charlotte in 2016. Former owner, Paddy Mountain Lumber was non-compliant with permit requirements at the time of property sale. New Owner, Alliance Lumber of Charlotte has not implemented a new Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SPPP) and has not provided qualitative or analytical monitoring since change of ownership, New owner also, needs to provide a Name Ownership form to the Stormwater Permitting Unit in Raleigh along with annual fees.
