The collection system is comprised of gravity sewer, force main, and three pump stations (will take over two new pump stations in the near future). 3.) The facility has developed a map for the collection system. Please add pipe sizes, materials, approximate pipe age, service taps, and pump station capacities to the current map. 4.) The Spill Response Action Plan was reviewed during the inspection and found adequate. 5.) The three existing pump stations and the two new pump stations were visited during the inspection, the following was noted: ® -The operator used a calendar to record weekly pump station inspections, it is suggested that a logbook be used to document pump station inspections in details; Division of Water Resources,Raleigh Regional Office,Water Quality Operations Section http://portal.ncdenr.org/web/wq/aps 1628 Mail Service Center,Raleigh,NC 27699-1628 Phone.
