I am writing on behalf of the River Mill COA regarding your letter dated December 28, 2006. First I
would like to thank you for your patience in explaining your letter and I hope I have included all
needed information. If not, please feel free to call or email me.
1. Site Plan - I have included an aerial photo and noted the area where the impacted area is located.
2. Buffer Mitigation -The area of our work is only around four (4) square feet. As compensation
the COA would plant a native NC tree in the buffer area. Also storm water will have a zero
discharge impact as any impervious surface will be treated with on-site storm water devices.
