Subject: project on hold - fee question on Bridge 178 Lyle Creek Protection Repair
Trish,
We have received your application for the Bridge 178 Protection Repair, however there
is a question on the fee that currently has the project on hold.
Your cover letter states it is approved to charge a minor fee of $240, however due to the
impacts being over 150 linear feet, the fee would be a major fee at $570.00.
I can use the provided WBS Element # to charge that fee with your approval, and the
project would be taken off hold in our system for review.
You may receive an automated fee request for the $570.00, but know the reason why
that is being populated is because of the question in the minor versus major.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions/concerns or approval of the change in
fee.
