This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in NPDES WW Permit No. NC0024406. The findings and comments noted during this inspection are provided in the attached copy of the inspection report entitled "Compliance Inspection Report". There were no significant issues or findings noted during the inspection and therefore, a response to this inspection report is not required. Major components of the permitted treatment system, including domestic wastewater treatment plant and FGD wastewater treatment plant, were inspected and found to be operational and well maintained. No discrepancies from the permit were noted. Effluent waters or receiving waters at outfalls were free of foam other than trace amounts and free of other debris. Checked eDMR data match the data from laboratory reports; no errors were found. Associated chain of custody records were available. All laboratories used at the facility are certified for conducting required parameter analyses. Well documented ORC visitation and operation logs were provided for review.
