Alan:
Attached are current site plans, 2007 stormwater plans, and resource maps (topo and soil survey included). The current
overall site plan consolidates stormwater from previous phases into one large new one on parcel that ADS is under
contract to purchase. Parcel (PIN 3526-45-6340) is where they wish to expand existing operations into. ADS is buying a
portion of the overall larger parcel from Alliance Real Estate. The Tax info on each parcel is included with the resource
maps.
I will speak with the client regarding the 149 LF vs 145 LF.
Thanks,
Meagan Jolly

What does the bmp on OLD Virginia Avenue have to do with this site? … I think I figured it out
Where is a copy of a soil survey and USGS TOPO and location map

Page 31 of the application (site boundary) doesn’t match with page 49(delineation) (on laserfische) (maybe combining
old site boundary with new site boundary
Basically, why can’t they avoid the impact, have a bmp on each side of the channel (and/or) no bmp required
(potentially) if avoidance is possible. This is just storage.

Alan,
Will forward you the engineering drawings as a pdf when I get in from the field this evening. I know the printed sheets
are hard to read with tiny lettering. Will be late this evening
Thanks

I have this application. I sent out an email earlier regarding this…several months ago. If they can get the impact to
149, have them get it to 145. That helps with the question of compliance. They only have 1 ft of leeway to be over
threshold or not.

If a road crossing, that is two ft of each side.
This just caught my eye so, I am just firing off an email
