Dear Mr. Horn:
Please find the following request for a wetland certification on the above referenced project. There is
a ditch located on the subject (see Figure 3) that we need to determine if it is going to be considered
jurisdictional by the State. The USACE did not assert jurisdiction over 90% of the ditch (10% at the
point were the ditch ties into the Tar River).
Please give me a call at [phone] to set up an appointment to audit the property at your earliest
convenience.
