Coyle — Regional Environmental Manager Terra Renewal Services Post Office Box 1746 Watkinsville, GA 30677 Dear Mr. Coyle: Subject: Application No, WQ0038087 Additional Information Request Terra Renewal RLAP Residuals Management System Wilkes County Division of Water Resources' Central and Regional staff has reviewed the application package received October 14, 2015. However, additional information is required before the review may be completed. Under the requirements of 15A NCAC 02T .1108(b)(2), the following features require buffers as shown in Table 1 below. The features in the fields listed below were not shown on the buffer maps and must be shown, thus requiring additional buffering. This will require revised buffer maps to be submitted and recalculation of the acreages. These revised acreages for the fields should be submitted on new Land Application Site Certification (LASC) forms. Both the revised buffer leaps and LASC forms shall be submitted no later than the close of business on January 21, 2016. Following are the fields and the problems found: 1. Site CH-1 and CH-4: There is a well between sites CH-1 and CH-4 that is not shown on the buffer map. 2. Site CH-3: There is a ditch in the northeastern quadrant that is not shown on the buffer map. 3. Site DM-7 and DM-8: There is an access road splitting the two sites that is ditched and eroded. 4. Site DM-8: There is a stream inside the wood line adjacent to the site that is not shown on the buffer map. 5, Site ED-4: There is a drainage ditch near the middle of the field that is not shown on the buffer map. 6. Site MF-13 and MF-14: There is a drainage ditch running along the border of the two fields that is not shown on the buffer map. Site MRF-3: There is a duck pond in the southern portion of the field that is not shown on the buffer map. 8. Site MRF-6: There is a drainage ditch running along the base of the area buffered as "steep slopes". 9. Site MRF-20A and MRF-2013: The drainage feature shown on the site buffer map on site MRF-20A extends onto site MRF-20B. 10. Site 1\4RF-22: A duck pond and a stream on the east side of the site are not shown on the buffer map. 11. Site RJ-1: There is a drainage ditch running through the northeast comer of the field. 12. Site YF-3: A ditch runs to the west along the farm access drive. 14, Site YF-5A: There is a drainage feature on the north end of the field that is not shown on the buffer map submitted. Note that in all cases 1 to 14 above, the acreages need to be recalculated and submitted on a revised LASC form. Please be aware that you are responsible for meeting all requirements set forth in North Carolina rules and regulations. Any oversights that occurred in the review of the subject application package are still the Applicant's responsibility. In addition, any omissions made in responding or failure to provide the additional information on or before the above requested date may result in your application being returned as incomplete. Please reference the subject application number when providing the requested information. All revised and/or additional documentation shall be signed, sealed and dated (where needed), with three copies submitted to my attention at the address below.
