September 29, 2015. However, additional information is required before the review may be completed.
Please address the items on the attached pages no later than the close of business on November 9, 2015.

A. Application:
1. In the RLAP 11-13 Form, Item III_4.a, the dry tons to be certified should be 21 tons (with the
addition of the 5 tons) rather than the currently existing 16. In addition, in the RLAP 11-13
Form, Item IIIA.b, the currently certified acreage totals 220.4 acres and not 286.5 acres. Please
correct both items and resubmit RLAP 11-13.
2. For both residuals sources (Bridgeton WWTP and Ocean Bay Villas), the RSC 11-13 Form, Item
1I.3.b was missing the corrosivity, ignitability, and reactivity test results. Please provide these
results.
